Vegas Strip Blackjack is a hole card game and when the Dealer is showing either an Ace or a Ten he will peek at the face down card to check for Blackjack
Four decks of playing cards are used in this game and the Dealer is obliged to stand his hand on all 17's.
The rules say that you may double down on any two cards and you are also allowed to double down after a split. You can make upto four hands by splitting three times.
If you split Aces then only once card will be dealt to each, get any ten valued card dealt to a split Ace and it is 21 and not a Blackjack.
